1. Independent, unofficial status

The Site is an independent information and travel-guide website about Daikoku Parking Area and related tours. The Site is not the official website of Daikoku Parking Area. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to the Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited (Shutoko), NEXCO companies, any tour operator, any car club, GetYourGuide GmbH, Universal Pictures, or any other brand or rights holder mentioned on the Site. All names are used solely to identify the venues, products and works being described.

2. We do not sell tickets

The Site does not sell tickets, operate tours, or process payments. Links labelled "Book", "Check availability" and similar lead to GetYourGuide, an independent third-party booking platform. Any purchase you make is a contract between you, GetYourGuide and the relevant tour operator, governed by their terms and cancellation policies. Complaints, refunds, changes and customer service for bookings must be addressed to GetYourGuide or the operator — we have no access to bookings and no ability to modify them.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links. If you make a qualifying booking after clicking one, we may receive a commission from GetYourGuide's partner programme, at no additional cost to you. This funds the Site. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" attributes as required.

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the Site accurate, but all content is provided "as is" for general information only. Prices, ratings, review counts, schedules, tour inclusions and policies quoted on the Site were sourced from the official GetYourGuide listings at the time of writing and change frequently. Meet activity at Daikoku Parking Area is informal and unscheduled; descriptions of it reflect typical patterns, not guarantees. Always verify current details on the booking page before purchasing, and treat any specific figure on this Site as a snapshot, not an offer.

5. No liability

The Site links to external websites we do not control and whose content we are not responsible for. Links do not imply endorsement of us by those sites or vice versa.

8. Privacy

The Site does not require registration and does not itself collect personal data beyond standard server logs. Embedded third-party widgets (GetYourGuide) and fonts (Google Fonts) may set cookies or process data under their own privacy policies — consult those policies for details. Emails sent to us are used solely to answer your enquiry.
